Jeanine E. | Founder & Head Coach
With over 20 years of competitive and recreational running experience, I have spent two decades learning exactly what it takes to move forward with purpose, longevity, and joy. My journey in the sport began as a competitive high school and collegiate cross country and track athlete, which gave me a deep appreciation for the technical and structured side of distance running.
Today, as an RRCA Certified Level I Adult Distance Running Coach and a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200 & Yoga for Athletes), my coaching philosophy bridges the gap between high-performance athletic training and mindful body awareness. I specialize in guiding runners through the Mile, 5K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon distances.
I founded Forward Momentum Collective to change the narrative around endurance coaching. My mission is to give you the expert structure of a competitive athlete delivered with the adaptability and compassion you need to thrive in your everyday life. Together, we will tune into your body's true potential and build the confidence to chase your biggest goals.
